Shipping Policy
We aim to get your CapCannon™ order processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or other unusually busy periods.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Time
After processing, most orders arrive within approximately 7–14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.
In some cases, tracking may not update immediately even though the package is already in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at CapCannon.co@outlook.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
CapCannon™ is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any shipping issue.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
